These terms apply to the Corporal Wojtek online shop operating at corporalwojtek.uk. By placing an order the buyer accepts these terms and the privacy policy.

§2. Orders

1. The contract of sale is concluded when the buyer receives an e-mail confirming the order and its number.
2. Prices in the shop are final. The seller uses the small-business VAT exemption (art. 113 of the Polish VAT Act), so there is no tax inside the price and none on the sales document. Prices exclude delivery, which is shown in the cart before the order is confirmed.
3. Availability is stock on hand minus reservations. If an item nevertheless runs out we inform the buyer and refund the missing line.
4. The seller may refuse an order where the contact details are plainly false or where the order breaches these terms.

§4. Right of withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. An e-mail to hello@corporalwojtek.com is enough. Details, exclusions and the return address are on the Returns and complaints page.

§5. Complaints

Goods must match their description, be fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires. In the first 30 days after delivery the buyer may reject the goods and ask for a refund; after that, for a repair or a replacement. Complaints are handled within 14 days of notification.

§6. Personal data

The data controller is the seller named in §1. Processing is described in the privacy policy.

§7. Final provisions

• The contract is with the seller named in §1, and sales into the United Kingdom are subject to UK consumer law that cannot be contracted out of, in particular the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Choosing a governing law never takes away the protection the law of your home country gives you.
• Changes to these terms are not retroactive: an order is performed on the terms in force on the day it was placed.
• A consumer in the United Kingdom may bring proceedings in the courts of the place where they live.
