What delivery costs, how long it takes and how you can pay.
Orders are picked and dispatched from our warehouse in Poland. Orders paid by 12:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day, and the rest go out on the next business day.

Free shipping on orders from £100.
Delivery times are counted from dispatch, not from when the order is placed. We e-mail you the tracking number. You can also check the order status on our tracking page: all you need is the order number and your e-mail.
Countries we ship to
This shop serves the United Kingdom. Parcels leave our warehouse in Poland, so customs clearance is part of the journey. Tax and any duty are settled according to the rules that apply in the United Kingdom, and the sales document spells out how your order was treated.
Payment
- Payment card (Stripe).
- Ordinary bank transfer to the seller’s account. We show the bank details after checkout and send them by e-mail.
We hand the order to the warehouse once the payment is credited. For a bank transfer, please quote the order number as the payment reference: that is how we match your payment to the parcel.
Sales documents
Every order gets a sales document. We issue a company invoice if you tick the box at checkout and give a VAT ID before placing the order, because a VAT ID cannot be added to a document after the sale.
